No, it is just that the website version of ACC is buggy and doesn't work properly. It is not due to internet connection problems or a firewall or security software blocking something. This is absolutely not true! It is just false! The problem is not on costumer's side. "There will be rare circumstances when the software will not provide a more recent update due to internet connection problems or your firewall / security software blocking the ASTRO Command Center from checking for one." So, all they did was exactly NOTHING, I guess!? It's not like an error message is popping up, right? The faulty software just doesnt offer the newest firmware. Of course not! It just affects the website version of ACC and most people won't even know that there is a problem. All they did was telling me they are evaluating this problem and that not everone is having this issue etc. I already reported this to Astro about 9 months ago. It is faulty, it has a bug and doesn't offer the newest firmware, or the update check is broken. Like astrodude1987 already said, the website version doesn't work properly.
